The crisis in our oceans

This excellent but alarming new documentary, soon to be released in Australia, has been generating a lot of interest overseas.

It’s about the over-fishing crisis and includes interviews with marine scientists who explain that by 2048, there may be no fish left in our seas.

Already, around 90 percent of large fish have been fished out of existence.

Narrated by actor and environmentalist Ted Danson, The End Of The Line is a essential viewing, and can be considered a fine  companion piece to another couple of recent brilliant marine documentaries – Sharkwater and The Cove.
